Question: How can i find old savings bonds?
My mom and uncle have bonds bought for them by their dad around 1950 but they dont have the paper bonds. Is there a way they can Find and Claim old US Savings Bonds? i dont have my grandfathers SS# but have moms and uncles ss#.

Did they even have their ss #’s then. It is only recently that everyone has a social security account number. If so, it may be possible. I’ve never tried to track down any savings bonds. Good luck.
