Question: when did US savings bonds come into effect?
i’m doing my take home exam about savings. and i would like to know when the savings bonds came into effect in this world and whats so different about UK and US savings bonds.

United States Savings Bonds are non-marketable Treasury securities which have been sold continuously since 1935!!~!
