As a USA citizen do I have to apply for self employment? If so Where do I do it? What company offer health insurance for 1 person companies? How hard is this going to be concerning taxes?

If you’re a self proprietor, you will likely deal with it on your tax return. I’m not sure what form you have to fill out… I would go to some place like H&R Block to ask them for specific forms and their details.
A “1 person company” is usually just a self proprietorship, unless you incorporate your assets for limited liability. . Its not difficult… your tax forms have a box you can check or a couple forms you fill out. Turbo Tax usually helps you our immensely with that stuff.
As for health insurance, almost every company offers health insurance to individuals without their companies. Because you are a self proprietor, that’s what you’ll have to do. Health insurance only gets complicated for small businesses where you offer plans to multiple employees.
