Question: How many credit cards can you have before they drop your credit score?
I heard having too many credit cards can lower your FICO score even if you pay them full each month. How many can you get before they drop your score?

I had problem getting a credit card when I had no credit history and then after I finally got one, I had difficult time getting another one, because banks said I had “too few” revolving accounts. Now I have 5 credit cards and only 1 of them carry balance. My balance to credit ratio is 6% and my FICO score is 740.

Question: What do I need to know before investing in a new company?
No one in my family has EVER invested money. We save. I was always taught it was a gamble, and “If it seems too good to be true, it probably is”.
Someone close to me has recently invested money into a new company, and got a LARGE return in just one month. My husband is now wanting to invest as much money as we can also.
What would I even need to know before investing any money?
Please, no technical terms, like I said, I’ve never invested.

Also, if I get banned, can I just make a new account on eBay and bid as usual? I heard of eBay IP banning people, but I have DSL and whenever my modem restarts, the IP changes. Does eBay have some method to get past a change in IP?

Question: Do you need to fill out the backs of savings bonds before cashing them?
I have a bunch of Series EE savings bonds and want to cash them soon. I’m assuming I do need to fill out the back, but I don’t want to before I’m sure. Also, I wasn’t sure if I need to do it at the bank or whatever or if I can show up with them already filled out.

Question: Breaking a installation contract with Home Improvement company before installation date is determined?
Are there any comments about breaking a contract with a home improvement company after the 3 days they give you to consider? Reason is my financial situation has irreparably changed. They say I can’t cancel, but I don’t see penalties. I appreciate your help. Thanks
Thank you for your comment. They indicate that I HAVE TO proceed because the items were custom measured.

Do I have to? Actually, I cannot! So I don’t know what they will do.
