Hi,my name is Anne,I did the following:
Q&A: Credit card company canceled my cards because they were not used, will that ruin my credit score?
I did not choose to close them. The bank companies decided to send letters stating that they were closing them, and I am guessing it’s because the economy is so bad. But I hope my credit is not ruined because of their decision to close my credit cards. Has anyone else experienced this?

Q&A: Is your credit score determined per card or by your total available credit across all cards?
Alright… So I got two credit cards, both with 00 lines of credit on them. If I were to charge an upwards of 0 – 0 on one card and not use the other, does the debt to credit ratio get calculated on a per card basis or is it reflected on your entire available credit across all cards? I am trying to increase my credit score and I was wondering if perhaps I should use both cards or if I can use just the one. Thanks.

Question: If I combine credit cards from the same issuer will my credit score go down?
I have 2 credit cards from capital one and I want to combine the limits onto one card. Will that I hurt my score or make no difference since the available credit will still be the same amount?
Both cards have a 0 balance; I pay them off every month. I just want one less card to carry, but want the same limit on one card.

Question: What to do with unsolicited credit cards?
I have good credit & I trust NO ONE with my personal information. My g/f on the other hand is rather stupid. She’ll give out anything to anyone. I tried to help her cerdit out by putting her on one of my cards; the one with the lower limit. Now she gets these unsolicited cards & they bill her for them even if she dont use them. Then when you call to cancel they keep u on hold till you hang up. Is there a way out of this for her?

Question: Closing credit cards that are paid in full and not using?
I have a few credit cards that at one time I used but not longer use because I try to keep a 0% interest card and use that.
My question is should I close these cards? They all have balances on them but I do not want to hurt my credit score by doing this.
