Question: Is it against the rules for an Ebay buyer to re-sell an item on ebay that they won on ebay?
This may be a strange question, but I am selling something on Ebay, and the person who is close to winning the item has a store that sells items that are similar to the one I’m selling. Is it against any rules for them to turn around and re-sell the item on Ebay?

I’m planning on buying something from ebay, but i dont want my parents to know about it… if i secretly buy it how will the purchase show up on the statement? its not like it a HUGE thing (its only ten dollars) but i want to keep it secret. Is it described as an ebay purchase, or as the product?

Q&A: How much potential does an ebay listing have in the last 5 minutes?
For any ebay selling experts out there, I have an item that has already been bid up to 270 4 days into the auction and it has 3 days left. I clearly state in the description the item is worth 332 but it does seem to be phasing anybody. There are 41 watchers but only 21 bids. Could this auction have the potential to skyrocket even over the items worth in the last minutes of the auction?

I have gone to there website and read the info that they provide and it makes no sense to me. If I list a wedding dress on ebay for 00 and it sells for 00 what is the final listing fee?

Q&A: What is the most effective way to inform EBay of counterfeits?
I discovered what I think is a counterfeit battery from China on EBay (description said “original Olympus”, but I believe it was not made by Olympus).
I reported it to EBay a while ago, but the seller still has dozens of listings for the same fake battery. I hate to see people get deceived.
