Even though Summer is here, my Summer sucks still. I work 9 to 5 Monday to Friday. How can I get time to make new friends this Summer in South New Jersey and make new friends to have group so I can out there on trips and enjoy Summer Fun? How do I have time to Read a book, Tae Bo exercises, stretching exercises, Guitar Practice, Creative Writing I want to try, Summer Fun, and other stuff?

Q&A: Should we teach children stress and time management starting in elementary schools?
In todays society, young children are under more stress and pressure due to the higher social and educational demands on them. A lot of college students have been suffering because they had not been taught how to properly handle stress and/or manage their time. With that in mind, should there be an establishment of stress and time management courses in grades as young as elementary school?

I get over loaded with homework if I’m not at school I’m at home doing more school work. I don’t Think it’s fair, I have no time for myself anymore. I’m always stressed and exhausted (I can never fall asleep at night)
Do you know of anyways that I can get things done quickly and be relaxed and stress free?
