Question: What does it take to get into real estate investing?
I am 19 years old and i am trying to figure out my career. I have a big interest in getting into Real Estate investing. But I don’t know how to get into it. Everybody tells me to find a mentor, but they are either so expensive or theres the decision if its worth the money or people tell me you have to be rich to start. There has to be a way around that. What does it take? Whats the best way? How do you start out? What are the steps?

Q&A: If you go bankrupt can your debtors take your savings bonds and cash them in?
I was curious about buying us saving bonds but I wanted to know if like you can’t pay your student loans can they take the saving bond and get money on it or if your taking to court for not paying your credit card debt and the judge orders you to pay can they take the savings bond and use it for payment I wanted to know this cause I am in debt and thinking about going bankrupt so I don’t have a savings or checking account I just wanted to save money in a new way for me.

Question: How do ebay and paypal take their % when you sell auctions at a penny?
When you do penny auctions for screen savers, etc how does ebay and paypal take their cut?
Ebay now has the free listings if your auction is under so it doesnt cost you to list but paypal takes 2.9% of transactions and ebay I believe takes 9%. If you sell an auction that ends at a penny how do they take their %?
