Read, plus write (are you visual? Kinesthetic? Audial?). You could talk and listen back into a voice recorder. Take a break every 2 hours (just for a protein snack–mix with a good fat: like salad wth avocado and cheese, or eat a peach, have some cottage cheese. Make sure you eat your carbs with protein. Don’t study all night. Go to sleep early, wake up 2 hours earlier, and study. Eat some protein before the exam. Breathe! (breathing exercises). fIND OUT HOW YOU LEARN? Can you focus better in the noisy student union or in the silence of the library? Do you need background music in order to keep one part of your brain busy, while you are focusing on the study materials (are you ADD?)Don’t have the TV on. It entrains the brain.
Next year, take notes in class. Lots of notes. When class is over, and you’re waiting for your next class, highlight important parts of lecture notes, fill in little words you left out, like and and at, etc., then study those notes and do the reading RIGHT AFTER school, or that evening. That way it’ll stay in your brain all semester.

Go to the website called Time Manager. See their books and time planners.

1. Set your tasks clearly
2. Set a deadline to each tast
3. Really commit to finish your tasks
4. The best you could do is finding a very good time management software. There is one called The Action Machine, I can recommend it since I use it daily with very good results.
It’s all about organizing yourself and having the right attitude
