What is Time Management besides prioritizing important tasks.
I keep thinking that all it is is about doing important tasks first.
and if you’re into time management too much at the end you might be wasting time because you’re scheduling everything you do rigidly according to a daily time schedule.
I think the books written on this subject is a multimillion dollar industry but do they teach anything besides ” prioritize your tasks”. correct me if i’m wrong.
What is true efficient Time management, please share and inform.

It is not only prioritizing but also knowing how much time is needed to schedule for certian tasks, this helps to contain overhead, and to figure out pricing.

Other than priorizing, it’s important that you keep an eye on time while performing the task.
For ex., of task1, task2, task3, you have prioritized them as task2,task1,task3. Time management doesn’t stop there. You have to ensure that task2 is completed within the time stipulated for task2 and so on….

For me it is also:
Focus: Not just on the priorities, but on the categories of things that need to be done to accomplish the objectives at hand.
Flexibility: You need room to maneuver.
