If you didn’t send them a resume it is fake. They are fishing for your passport to use for someother purpose. it is a lead in to a 411 scam. A company the size of Honda would not have attorneys that use Yahoo mail for business. Most likely they want to collect a fee for doing the documentation. It also was not written by a native english speaker.
